The TBC Marketing Team is here to support you. On this
site, you can submit requests and they will be sent to the
right marketing team member for completion. A
description of each ticket is available once you click on the
ticket names below.
Understanding the process:
1- Using your smart device or computer, fill out the
request and submit the form.
2- The submission will be securely sent to our internal
system and assigned to a marketing team member.
3- You will receive a confirmation email and the person
assigned to the ticket will also receive an email.
4- Once the ticket has been completed or denied, you will
receive another email letting you know.
